Fringed holiday hair tie made from velvets and navy + red tartan cotton. Strewn throughout black velvet and satin  ribbons of brown, navy, and red tartan with gold  . The base is a coil hair tie. Expands and has a comfortable grip. The ribbons tangle in a beautiful way, you can zhuzh it up how you want it to fall.
